Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of children and families to determine needs and appropriate services.
Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
Provide counseling and support to children and families facing challenges such as abuse, neglect, or mental health issues.
Advocate for children's rights and ensure their safety and wellbeing within family and community settings.
Coordinate and collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to connect families with necessary resources.
Monitor progress and effectiveness of services provided and adjust plans as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a social worker in the state.
Previous experience working with children and families, particularly in crisis situations.
Strong understanding of child welfare laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Hours Per Week: 37.00

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £35.00
