Job Description:
This job is responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. Key responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support, and providing quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Job expectations include handling in operational processes which may carry medium to high levels of monetary risk and assisting in training less experienced team members.

Enterprise Overview:
Provides standard reporting and analytical support in a GWIM Operations for one or more product areas funds transfer, collateral mgt/margins, corporate actions, static data/data management, control, trader support, clearance/settlement, documentation/confirmations, customer service, new accounts, client valuations, document processing or statement/billing processing. While incumbents in this position are responsible for traditional activities such as trade processing/clearance or funds transfer, their day-to-day actions are more focused on administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation, and exception processing. Requires general understanding of operations and GWIM products. This associate's work may be subject to the review of a Supervisor or Operations Team Manager. Associates in this position will either typically possess a college degree, analytic and systems skills, basic knowledge of finance and have good communication skills; or will have worked within the Operations area for several years and have acquired an understanding of the process. Generally 2-4 years or more experience is preferred. Can also be designated as a Team Lead in this role.
Line of Business Job Description:
Supports Private Bank Operations Bill Pay Team. Daily functions include paying bills, researching payment issues, address change requests, reporting, quarterly estimated tax payments, daily communication with our off shore Global Business Services team.
Required Skills:

* Highly motivated, self-starter and possess the ability to work independently

* Must be able to work well under pressure and exercise sound judgment and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Desired Skills:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
* Remittance processing or bank by mail type experience
* Strong reconciliation and/or research and customer service capabilities
* Recent customer service or line of business support where inquiries were managed electronically or by phone, where the employee activity input and managed the request using a case management system to document the inquiry and final results
* Recent experience working within a team of individuals responsible for multiple deadlines, where each member of the team is required to participate to complete the day
* Experience interacting with various levels of employees in the company or business
* ACH, CashPro Online, Accurate, Trust Web and FIRS,T Imaging System.
