About The Role
We are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and bring creative concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content, including promotional clips, podcasts, event recaps, and motion graphics. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to ensure our videos align with brand messaging and engage our audience across various platforms. Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
2. Edit high-quality video content, including trailers, promotional clips, podcasts, event recaps, and long-form storytelling pieces.
3. Utilise motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to enhance video content.
4. Cut and assemble raw footage, ensuring seamless transitions and a polished final product.
5. Optimise video formats for different platforms, including social media, YouTube, websites, and podcast distribution channels.
6. Manage colour correction, audio mixing, and sound design to elevate production quality.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.
8. Filming & Production
9. Plan and execute video shoots for podcast recordings, in-person/virtual events, and any other content required by the business.
10. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
11. Direct talent and crew on set to bring creative concepts to life.
12. Ensure seamless integration of video and audio for all content.
13. Maintain and organise video assets, raw footage, and project files.
Producer Responsibilities
1. Manage video production schedules and workflows from concept to final delivery.
2. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align video content with brand messaging and objectives.
3. Coordinate logistics, including talent bookings, locations, equipment, and event video coverage.
4. Provide creative direction and input to enhance video storytelling for podcasts, webinars, and live events.
5. Oversee post-production timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing software.
2. Strong experience in motion graphics, animation, and video effects.
3. Ability to edit trailers, promotional videos, podcast content, and engaging social media clips.
4. Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio recording for podcasts and events.
5. A keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
6. Experience in video production for live and virtual events, including panel discussions and keynotes.
7. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
