Repair Technician / Maintenance Operative

We're looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our team! This role involves general maintenance, repairs, and improvements across our properties. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of repair skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities include:
* Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, etc.)
* Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
* Identifying and troubleshooting issues
* Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a repair or maintenance role
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Basic tools preferred
* Valid driver’s license needed
