Development Details: This role will be based at a luxury residential development, located in the heart of Kensington, adjacent to the Design Museum. Consisting of 58 residential apartments, the site benefits from several facilities such as, a pool, gym, car park and cinema. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Senior Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will: Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team. Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others. Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries. Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors. Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment. To be a main point of contact, be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests, handling day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner. Occasional, decision-making and problem-solving in the absence of supervision will be required, given the circumstances of the role. Manage onsite staff on behalf of the Resident Services Manager, overseeing the day-to-day matters of the development, ensuring that high standards of quality customer service are maintained for residents and guests, and that all matters are handled in a prompt and professional manner To carry out security inspections and operations as required. To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
