This role inon-site in Antrim. Your Duties: Efficiently and accurately process sales orders received via email and phone, ensuring all details are captured and updated in the system. Address customer queries on order status in a timely and professional manner. Proactively communicate delivery schedules to customers and handle any changes with clarity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. Handle multiple responsibilities, including answering calls, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Input and track order details accurately using relevant systems. Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up as necessary. Coordinate delivery schedules and provide proof of delivery as needed. Ensure all returns are managed in line with company procedures. Your Profile: Proven Experience: Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, particularly within sales support or order processing. Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications. Familiarity with CRM or order management systems is highly advantageous. Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Organised and Detail-Oriented: Confident, highly organised, and meticulous in managing order details and tracking shipments. Adaptable and Proactive: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Your Benefits: £27,000 - £30,000 (based on experience). Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm. This role is on-site in Northern Ireland, offering a 37.5-hour workweek.
