Model Maker – Wind Tunnel Development

Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience within high-performance motorsport.
* Expertise in model making, mechanical assemblies, and fine-tolerance engineering.
* Proficiency in using digital measurement and scanning systems such as Leica or Creaform, including associated software.
* Strong understanding of pressure tap checking and management.
* Ability to interpret and manipulate CAD assemblies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process and model improvements.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to teamwork.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety practices in an engineering environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends.
