Building Surveyor Salary: £35,000-£50,000 Our client is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team. The Role In this position, you will: Undertake a range of professional surveys and prepare detailed reports and schedules. Make recommendations for further investigations or remedial works where necessary. Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress. Apply your knowledge of building regulations and legislation to assess properties effectively. Prepare Part 35 reports and liaise with solicitors and courts as required. About You To succeed in this role, youll need: Relevant qualifications, ideally AssocRICS, with a goal of achieving MRICS accreditation. Solid experience in building surveying, with a strong technical understanding. A resilient and adaptable approach, with a good grasp of health and safety practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
