The Nitty Gritty
* Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop our talented sales team, ensuring their progression and succession planning.
* Sales Strategy: Create and execute innovative sales strategies that resonate with our target audience.
* Communication: Foster clear communication across all levels to ensure alignment and clarity.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales and marketing efforts are unified.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met, with clear action plans in place for any shortfalls.
Not Forgetting:
Financial Management: Oversee P&L responsibilities and ensure the profitability of all sales initiatives.
Support: Provide full support to the sales team, helping them achieve their goals and maintain a clear focus on targets.
Our Head of Sales Deal Breakers:
* 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
* Strong leadership abilities, with a knack for mentoring a seasoned team.
* Proven experience managing significant annual revenue, ideally over £25m.
* A passion for food and drink that extends beyond just work.
* Strong analytical skills and financial acumen to inform strategic decisions.
