We are looking for a dedicated Team Teach-trained Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs in a nurturing school environment. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional needs
2. Assist in managing challenging behaviours using Team Teach strategies
3. Support teachers in delivering tailored learning plans
4. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
5. Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals to enhance student progress
6. Assist with personal care and sensory needs where required
Requirements:
1. Experience supporting students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or other additional needs
2. Strong behaviour management skills and a calm approach
3. Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
4. A passion for supporting children's learning and development
