However there will still be chances to get out on the road meeting our network and conducting quality control. You’ll be the go-to expert, helping engineers in the field troubleshoot issues, reviewing image surveys, and making sure everything meets the highest quality standards. Basically, you’ll be the legend who keeps things running smoothly This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary based on experience. Key Responsibilities ✅ Provide technical support and advice to customers and engineers via phone, email, and chat. ✅ Approve and review customer and engineer image surveys to ensure installation feasibility. ✅ Troubleshoot technical issues related to boiler installations and servicing. ✅ Liaise with engineers to provide guidance on best practices and issue resolution. ✅ Maintain accurate records of technical queries and resolutions. ✅ Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and industry standards. ✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service quality. ✅ Conducting quality control for our engineering network What we are looking for Gas Safe registered with relevant qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, etc.). Strong knowledge of boiler installations, servicing, and industry regulations. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a customer or technical support role is beneficial. Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude.
