Role: Construction Project Co-Ordinator Location: Lisburn Hours: Full Time (9am-5pm. Pay: £30k to £40k An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Construction Project Co-Ordinator / Project Administratorto join one of our clients in Lisburn, to provide administrative and coordination support across all stages of fit-out and refurbishment projects. Benefits:Monday to Friday, Pension, Parking. The Role: Ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between site teams, head office, subcontractors, and clients. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation including contracts, purchase orders, drawings, RFIs, and submittals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including schedules, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Assist with procurement processes and site logistics coordination. The Requirements: 2 years of experience in a Construction, Engineering, or Architecture Environment. Qualified in Construction Management or Business Administration. Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination. Knowledge of construction terminology and construction contracts (JCT & NEC). Experience with document control, HSE compliance and site administration. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. UK Driving Licence and able to travel with the role when required.
