Are you looking for the next step in your nursing career? Well now's the perfect time to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams!
We are recruiting Senior Nurses to join our teams in the North of Leeds. We have bases in Wetherby, Meanwood, Seacroft, and Chapeltown. Our service is at the heart of the NHS long-term plan, providing more care in patients' homes, whilst enabling early discharge from hospital and reducing hospital admissions.
When you join us, we will work with you to develop your own personal development plan. We won't just stop there; we are proud of our career progression offer that will allow you to develop your clinical, leadership, and preceptorship skills, supporting you to undertake training and offering the District Nursing Apprenticeship. The service runs 7 am to 10 pm every day. We understand that people have busy lives, and we offer flexible work opportunities.
