About the job:
As a Sales Trainer at Kernel Global, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. You will work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs, create engaging training materials, and deliver impactful training and coaching sessions. Your goal is to ensure our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their targets and contribute to the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify gaps and opportunities in existing sales toolkit to support the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge and advanced sales techniques.
* Create engaging support materials, such as 1-pagers, manuals, e-learning modules, FAQs, and role-play exercises.
* Facilitate in-person, virtual training sessions, and one-on-one sales coaching.
* Work with Team Leaders to support the embedding of training on desk.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with Team Leaders and managers to align training initiatives with business goals and sales strategies.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new training methodologies to continuously improve training programs.
* Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant and/or Sales Trainer within the recruitment industry, preferably with experience of 360 contingent recruitment.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
