Permanent SEN Teacher – Towcester (Starting January 2025 or Sooner) An established and highly regarded SEMH/SEN school group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team at their Towcester site on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Delivering tailored education plans to pupils with SEMH and other complex needs. Fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including support staff, therapists, and parents. Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with SEMH/SEN, ideally in a specialist school setting. Strong knowledge of SEND code of practice and inclusive teaching strategies. Ability to inspire and engage students with diverse learning needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
