The salary ranges from £25,000 to £27,000 Let's talk about the role. It involves: The purpose of this role is to support the other members of the HMO Team to ensure that a high level of service is provided to the clients and specific HMO legislation is adhered to. The Senior Licensing Property Relationship Coordinator should be confidently able to apply for property HMO licenses on behalf of Landlords, as well as develop and maintain good working relationships and dialogue with local Councils. The Senior Licensing Property Relationship Coordinator should be confident in delivering exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants alike. Key responsibilities include; Confident in delivering exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants alike Develop and maintain an excellent level of Property Management technical expertise Develop and maintain an excellent level of HMO and licencing knowledge Support the other members of the HMO Team to ensure a high level of service is provided to clients and specific HMO legislation is adhered to Develop good working relationships and dialogue with local Councils Confidently able to apply for property HMO licences on behalf of Landlords Support the HMO Team Manager in monitoring and managing HMO properties and licence requirements Manage maintenance of properties and maintenance identified from safety certificates, for example FRA’s Develops a good working relationship with HMO Team colleagues, Property Management Team, Accounts Team, Compliance Team and the Lettings Team Is able to navigate various external platforms including Fixflo, Kamma, Inventory Hive and Goodlord Develop excellent relationships with landlords to ensure repeat business Experience required; Confident in delivering exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants alike Preferably has a clear understanding of the HMO Property Management process and requirements Able to manage workload in an organised manner with excellent attention to detail At Michael Jones & Company we believe in taking care of our people.
