The Counselling Service at Barton Peveril College is seeking volunteer counsellors to work with students on a one-to-one basis.
We are looking for qualified counsellors or trainees who are studying for Level 5 or Level 6 on a recognised counselling course.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with students on a one-to-one basis, providing a safe and confidential space for them to discuss their concerns.
Provide one-to-one counselling sessions to students
Work in a team to provide a comprehensive counselling service
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries
Develop and maintain relationships with students, staff and other professionals
