Description Role: Service Delivery Analyst (Service Desk) Department: IS Location: Moss Way, Sheffield Salary: £27,747 - £30,468 (plus 20% shift allowance and weekend working) Hours: 37 Contract Type: Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Analyst to work on our internal IS Service Desk, based at either Moss Way, Sheffield, South Yorkshire or Melton Police Building, Hull, Humberside. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to support policing in South Yorkshire and Humberside. The key responsibility of this role is to provide a single, central point of contact for all users of IT services, handling all incidents, problems, queries and requests through our telephone service, email and online support portal. The successful candidate will be providing excellent customer service and effective first line fault resolution as laid down in IT best practice and within the timescales specified in existing Service Level Agreements.
