About the Role - We are on the lookout for an individual contributor Sales Director: Enterprise Sales: Banking and Capital Markets.

Responsibilities:
* New business acquisition – Seeking a self-starter who can hunt and shape deals and drive them to closure.
* Consultative, value-based selling – Candidates must have a track record of building strategic relationships and selling managed services, not just staff augmentation or cost-based models.
Required Skills:
* Experience: Proven track record in hunting and closing large deals in Software Engineering services for UK Financial Services (FS).
* Experience in shaping managed services and building long-term partnerships.
* Strong network within the UK Banking/Capital Markets sector.
