HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator
Downside is an independent, co-educational boarding and day school for pupils aged 11 to 18, and one of England's oldest and most distinguished Catholic schools. The School is situated at the foot of the Mendip Hills, twelve miles south of the city of Bath.
Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator provides efficient, professional and confidential support to the HR function for Downside School across the whole employee lifecycle, playing a critical role in ensuring that the school is compliant with all relevant regulations and statutory guidance.
To be successful, you will have:
• Experience of providing excellent customer service and effective administration.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with a variety of people, both internally and externally.
• Strong organisational skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
• The ability to work with total discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent working knowledge of core Microsoft programmes.
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Professionalism combined with a warm and approachable personality.
• Experience of HR administration will be an advantage.

Contractual Details
• Pay: £26,000.00
• Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate. Please indicate on your form where you would like us to consider flexibility.
• Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus 8 days public bank holidays
• Contract: Permanent Contract, all year-round position
