AS OUR HEAD OF PEOPLE, YOU’LL: Drive People Strategy: Align our people initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance. Lead Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and collaborate with service line leads to meet workforce needs. Oversee HR Operations: Ensure compliance with employment laws, refine HR policies, and manage key areas like compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Develop Talent: Create training programs, performance management systems, and career development plans to help employees reach their full potential. Enhance Culture: Lead initiatives to promote well-being, engagement, and our values, while driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Our ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can balance high-level planning with hands-on implementation. You’ll bring: Experience & Expertise: At least 5 years in talent management, HR, or related roles, with strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, organisational design, and culture building. Proven Skills : Success in scaling HR processes, implementing DEI initiatives, and using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Qualifications : A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus). Key Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, alongside emotional intelligence and adaptability.
