About the opportunity:
Non-Executive Director is required to join a plastic fabrication company at a crucial stage in its journey. As a critical advisor to the board, your extensive experience driving sales within businesses with an annual turnover of £2M-£20M will be invaluable in helping the business shape its future.
What you will need:
A proven background in senior sales, business development, or commercial roles within a plastic fabrication business with a turnover of £2M to £20M.
Expertise in advising on and shaping marketing and sales strategies.
Strategic planning experience with the ability to guide decision-making at the board level.
