Fixed term contract for 6 months Would you like the opportunity to lead and shape an innovative team driving positive change through the implementation of Family Help, a key component of the Stable Homes, Built on Love reforms? If so, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Manager to shape and implement our vision of providing relationship-based, multi-disciplinary support to families in need. As part of a small, dedicated team, you will lead the development and pilot of our Family Help approach, focusing on building the strengths of families and working collaboratively across services to provide intensive, tailored support to families with children on Child in Need plans. This initiative aims to deliver effective, non-stigmatising, and holistic support, helping families thrive in their communities. As the Team Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Senior Family Services Officers, providing supervision, coaching, and oversight to ensure high-quality support for families. You will oversee the provision of timely and flexible family help and family support to children, young people, and parents/carers. You will ensure the team works in partnership with families and community networks for sustainable outcomes, and drive the delivery of multi-agency, locality-based support tailored to the unique needs of families, using the Team Around the Child and Family approach. As a Team Manager, you will have extensive experience of working with children and families, with a strong commitment to strengths-based, relational practice. You will have proven experience in supervising and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and coach your team to deliver high-quality services. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with partner agencies to meet the needs of children, young people and families. We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week based in the office.
