Drive business growth - Identify and develop new opportunities within the automotive and other engineering sectors across Europe. Build strong client relationships - Provide tailored solutions and maintain long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams - Ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare proposals & contracts - Support sales efforts with compelling business development materials. Market analysis - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. What We're Looking For Education & Experience: ✔ HND, HNC, or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related fields) OR equivalent business development experience. ✔ Proven track record in business development, preferably in the automotive or engineering sector. ✔ Strong commercial experience, particularly in client relationship management and market expansion. ✔ Ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Skills & Attributes: ✔ Excellent communication skills - able to engage effectively with clients at all levels. ✔ Strong organizational & project management abilities. ✔ Ability to work independently and within a team. ✔ Multilingual candidates preferred (fluent in English, German, or French).
