EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO 12MTH FTC CHEADLE UP TO £46K DOE Our client, a non-profit organisation whose work spans across the globe, are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This role will see you working Monday Friday 9-5pm. Duties include: Organise the CEOs workload, activities and diary. Organise travel including accommodation and logistical arrangements Support the Director when needed with administration duties Prepare materials ahead of meetings for the CEO Complete and submit expenses Take minutes in senior meetings Manage all correspondence and enquiries to the CEOs office The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, highly organised and have a high attention to detail. You must have a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. The ability to speak Arabic is advantageous.
