Community Health Partnerships
Chief Property Officer
Location: National
Helping to Build Healthier Communities
CHP was set up by the Department of Health and Social Care to provide high quality health and social care facilities which meet local needs – our purpose is to provide innovative and sustainable spaces for patient care. Our properties, developed via partnerships with the private sector, house GP services, community nursing, rehabilitation services, outpatients, diagnostic services, pharmacies, dental services, and other community services. These buildings are increasingly being developed through CHP investment to provide more out of hospital care, and increased utilisation is a key priority.
We are now seeking an experienced, values driven individual. The Chief Property Officer is a Board Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support the development of the company’s future direction. As a person, you must be guided by personal values which align to our own – committed to providing inspirational leadership to the company and to our customers. This role will lead our Property & Operations Directorate, setting strategy, driving performance, compliance and delivery. We are seeking substantial leadership experience in property portfolio management, ideally from both the public and private sectors in organisations that have undergone significant change and growth.
As the NHS navigates political and social transformation, this is a pivotal time for our organisation. A greater focus on the importance of primary and community care, together with the changing patterns of service access, will require us, and those who deliver services from our portfolio, to deliver innovative solutions which align to this shifting landscape. We expect our buildings to increasingly feature as neighbourhood and local care centres. By joining our Board, there is an opportunity to make a real impact on the future of healthcare delivery.
If you think you have the skills and ability to add value to the leadership of our organisation, we would very much like to hear from you.
