Job Description
Infinigate Global Services are seeking a proactive and competent Administrator with a flair for attention to detail, to join their Supply Chain Team based in South Cerney as a Supply Chain Analyst. To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, be confident in stakeholder management and communication, and be actively solutions-focused in your work ethic.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in our South Cerney office and 2 from home, with comprehensive training provided. This role offers international and industry-specific administrative exposure and could serve as an ideal career stepping stone to enter business analytics.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Raising Purchase Orders on vendors for stock and B2B
2. Actively progressing Purchase Orders with vendors against lead time
3. Booking and shipping orders
4. Management of inventory levels against a budget
5. Use data analysis to drive problem solving and improve business processes
6. Data management to develop business process monitors and controls
7. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers
8. Taking on project work related to department activity
General Skills
1. Planning and organisation skills
2. IT literate, Intermediate Excel/Office
3. Data analysis, recording and presentation
4. Creating and documenting new processes and SOPs
5. (Advantageous but not essential) Working knowledge of Microsoft D365

1. £25,000 - £30,000 salary per annum (dependent on experience)
