Personal, Social Development & Employability Tutor - The Role: An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering an interactive and engaging tutorial programme encouraging personal development, growth and a positive transition into adulthood. Personal, Social Development & Employability Tutor - Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive sessions to encourage personal development and growth among students. Customise sessions to meet the specific needs of diverse student groups, covering topics such as online safety, sexual violence, sexual harassment, Prevent, and British Values. Facilitate and coordinate cross-college themed weeks related to careers, destination and progression, health and wellbeing, and enrichment activities to enhance the overall student experience. Implement a student-centred program focusing on softer outcomes and the holistic development of students to facilitate positive progression. Maximise work readiness and employability through targeted initiatives. Provide 1:1 pastoral tutorials signposting to internal and external agencies as required. Actively support student engagement and student voice initiatives. Provide support to wider Student Services teams, including safeguarding, work experience, and careers. Personal, Social Development & Employability Tutor - You: Proven experience in managing groups of students and engaging with them in an educational setting. A background in delivering support and direct input to student groups, including health, wellbeing, study skills, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and employability skills. Strong record-keeping skills, proficiency in data inputting, and the ability to provide timely reports.
