This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, delivery teams, clients, and partners to design, build, and grow this critical capability. We are looking for well rounded, seasoned delivery professionals with experience across a range of clouds and industries Responsibilities: Practice Leadership: Provide vision and thought leadership for the UKI Salesforce practice. Publish expertise through articles, events, and go-to-market initiatives. Delivery Excellence: Oversee delivery quality, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and Salesforce best practices. Guide implementation approaches across requirements, integration, payments, and quality assurance. Solution Innovation: Develop transformative strategies to optimize the Salesforce customer experience, drive revenue growth, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs through enablement and omnichannel integration. Salesforce Expertise: Maintain deep expertise in Salesforce's evolving capabilities.
