Description As an Administrative Assistant based in Portlethen, you will raise invoices and issue them to customers and produce purchase orders for various internal departments. Attend to visitors on site and answer and direct calls. Act in professional manner and carry out tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Raise purchase orders in JD Edwards system and issue them to suppliers / business departments. Attend to visitors in reception (issue out PPE / set up induction) Provide information by answering questions and requests to both clients and business departments. Raise work orders, prepare invoices in JD Edwards and issue invoices to customers. Maintains inventory for office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Perform other duties as assigned.
