The successful candidates will work both autonomously and as a part of an MDT providing timely access to specialist services for children and young people that present in crisis or who present a significant and immediate risk to themselves and /or others. The post will be based in Castleford, however requires an ability to travel to different areas of the Wakefield district. The team operates 8am-8pm 7 days a week.
