At PXP, we're looking for a dynamic individual to lead on our partnership acquisition efforts and strengthen our merchant proposition. As a Solution Ecosystem & Innovation Acquisition Manager, you'll play a crucial role in acquiring new partners, with a focus on ISVs, and ensuring their success within our ecosystem. A typical week as an Solution Ecosystem & Innovation Acquisition Manager might involve: Managing the entire partnership acquisition process, from introductions and commercial negotiations to initial contract completion and renewals. Building and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and drive innovation. Identifying and evaluate potential ISVs, negotiating win-win partnerships that align with our company goals. Driving high-level partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with our strategic objectives. Monitoring and enhance the performance of partnership relationships, ensuring they deliver value within our ecosystem. Collaborating with internal teams, including legal, sales, and compliance, to set up new and existing partnerships for success. Representing PXP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen partnerships. We are looking for someone who: Proven experience in partnership development, preferably within the technology or payments industry. Strong contract management skills and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Ability to influence at all levels of the organization. We would love someone to have any of the following: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Additional language skills.
