Aspirations Academies Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, proactive and determined individual to work as Site Assistant to support the Academy in continuing to provide a building fit for outstanding teaching and learning which is a safe, yet a welcoming environment that students and staff alike can be proud of.
You will work under the direction of the Premises Site Manager:
* To assist with the provision of a secure environment for staff & students both “on site” and “off site” and to ensure that students respect the Academy regulations.
* To assist with the day to day maintenance and care of the Academy grounds, plant and buildings.
* To ensure the security, car and availability of the building, furniture, fittings and equipment to ensure a satisfactory physical environment and to promote the efficient use of the Academy’s assets to support the objectives of the centre.
* To carry forward the Aspirations Academies Trust Vision.
This position will be based at Banbury Aspirations Campus, (Wykham Park & Futures Institute), however, you may be required to support at either of the 2 Trust primary schools in Banbury.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience of general maintenance of buildings / site, basic DIY/handyman, repair and decorating experience, cleaning and general porterage experience.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shift pattern.
