212 Recruitment are thrilled to be recruiting for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join our client's busy team based in Dudley!
Our client is a well-established distributor, providing high-quality manufactured goods and industrial consumables to a wide range of customers.
The successful Internal Sales Executive must have an excellent track record of selling products effectively, ideally within manufacturing/industrial markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Quote customers over the phone and by email
2. Account Management
3. Upsell where appropriate (associated products, increased quantities, etc.)
4. Promote the current marketing initiative
5. Follow up quotations
6. Support the overall effective and efficient functioning of the sales department
7. Problem solve and find innovative solutions
8. Input and confirm orders
9. Develop strong customer relationships
10. Handle ad hoc duties as needed
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30
* 1 in every 7 Saturday mornings (09:00-12:00)
* "On Call" rota (after probation period - paid extra)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive/Account Manager with interviews to be held as soon as possible.
