Managing your own diary, building business across the UK and travelling to see customers, you will be an engaging and charasmatic individual who thrives in this type of environment networking and relationship building. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue. Desired operative skills and knowledge should be: Have a group of contacts that will be open to allowing us the opportunity to quote/tender projects Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, all new business Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets Have experience in sales/securing new opportunities Be able to convert opportunities into prepared quotes/tenders - Able to estimate Have knowledge in electrical, fire and security systems Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Be able to commute to the office (based in Shawbury, Shropshire) Be able to put systems in place to track projects from conception to completion Have exceptional communication skills both verbally and electronically Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the fire and security industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Knowledge of the fire and security industry and its products and services - Self-motivated and results-driven Whats on offer?
