The Role: As a Lead Consultant, you’ll take ownership of business development, client management, and talent attraction, becoming a key figure in the maritime recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand client relationships within the maritime industry. Manage key accounts and drive business growth. Build your personal brand as a specialist recruiter. Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Need: At least 2 years’ 360 recruitment experience, ideally in Renewables, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
