Our client base ranges from the local high street to companies with national and international profiles. We are now looking to expand our knowledgeable, professional and friendly team.
Role Description
This is a full-time (part time can be considered) role for a Commercial Account Handler. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients. This would include new business enquiries, handling renewals, adjustments, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services (5 years experience would be preferable)
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* CII Qualifications advantageous, however we are a proactive company supporting personal development and sponsorship of CII examinations will be considered.
