Our client on the outskirts of Sheffield are looking for an HR Advisor to join their mid-sized HR Shared Services team for a period of 18 months. The team are based within a large, growing business. Maintaining HR records and generatingreports on key metrics from HR data Supporting with recruitment processes -including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Advisingmanagers on performance reviews, development plans, and training needs. Supporting employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Identifying and implementing HR process improvements We're looking for the following experience: CIPD Level 5qualification or above. Experience guidingemployees and managers through HR processes. Ability to resolvequeries efficiently using HR case management systems and digital tools. Structured approach toprioritisingcase loads. Experience maintainingaccurate employee records and generatingHR reports - p roficient in using HRIS platforms. Knowledgeofrecruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
