We are working with a public body to appoint an Interim HR Leader. This role provides leadership and direction across the organisations People functions, and provides professional HR advice to the CEO, Directors, committees and Council.
We are looking for an exceptional leader, someone who can lead ongoing change, who can build relationships with key stakeholders, who can lead a high-performing, customer-focused team, and who can make a valuable strategic contribution to the organisation.
Applications are invited from candidates with a relevant professional qualification (Chartered CIPD); and a proven ability in leading a People/HR function. The role requires leadership in the context of complex processes at a senior level. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing an HR/People system and the ability to shape and develop HR policy, reflecting best practice and the organisation’s requirements.

This a is a full-time position, running for a period of up to six-months.
