Day to Day As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations within a property management company in Bath. Your responsibilities will include: Handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors and tenants. Scheduling and tracking property inspections and compliance checks. Maintaining and updating property records, databases, and documentation. Communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly. Assisting with general administrative duties, including invoicing, purchase orders, and monitoring budgets. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. What We Would Love to See We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about excellent customer service. Ideally, you’ll bring: Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a similar role but our client is open to backgrounds. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
