We are excited to offer a Community Protection Lead Officer post within Public Protection at North Lincolnshire Council. North Lincolnshire has established itself as a great place to live, work, invest, and visit. Our rural setting, with picturesque villages and routes for cycling and walking, also acts as a global gateway for international business, with excellent links by road, rail, bus, sea, and air. This fantastic combination, alongside our historic market towns, excellent educational establishments, and close proximity to major cities such as Hull, Lincoln, and York, makes North Lincolnshire a valued place for those who choose to live and work here.
We are seeking applicants with an interest in working within Public Protection. The post would provide an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Civil Parking Enforcement, Markets, or Security Control Centres (CCTV). Experience in at least one of these areas is an advantage.
We welcome applications from people with knowledge and experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams. Applicants must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and able to progress work with minimal supervision. Candidates should be methodical and well-organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that applicants hold a full driving licence and can provide a car or other means of transport to undertake this role. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference to the lives of North Lincolnshire's residents and meet the council's outcomes of being safe and well. We are a progressive employer with flexible and agile working arrangements.
