The Head of HR's role will be to evaluate and enhance the company's HR framework, ensuring alignment with growth goals and creating an exceptional employee experience. This includes managing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, learning and development, compensation, culture, and HR systems. A key focus will be conducting an HR audit to drive scalable growth and meet regulatory requirements, while developing the HR team into a high-performing unit.
