Responsibilities
* Full ownership of 4x RSR’s – South Wales and Bristol and Gloucester.
* Management of their Capability enhancement journey.
* Gaining business results through your directs.
* Manage in-store volume, distribution, fixture visibility, promotional execution, and secondary displays within your customer base.
* KPIs include:
o Vans Received Revenue AOP.
o Vans fully operational every day – No lost days.
o Vans Active Call file management and AOP Target.
o Stock Cash control with full responsibility for tracking and reconciliation.
o Relationship building at store level.
o Recruitment of any vacancies.
o Build one Team mentality to leverage your directs to adapt to delivering the multiple target Agenda.
o Booker Depot Relationship built and maintained.
Qualifications
* Selling skills essential.
* People-focused skills - taking others with you.
* Knowledge of the FMCG market (desirable).
* Great communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience of working to targets.
* A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
* Perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals.
* Responsible and ethical behaviour towards customers, suppliers, and others in the organisation.
* Independent and pro-active individual who can work with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility regarding location is desirable.
