Location: Hybrid role based out of Gaydon (commutable distance required)
Innovate: Design and deliver cutting-edge Power Management solutions that meet our high standards.
Achieve: Set and manage attribute targets, ensuring engineering delivery aligns with these goals.
Adapt: Manage late-stage changes and implement effective containment actions for pre-production builds.
Coordinate: Define and manage delivery timelines, keeping projects on track with our Mission process.
Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
Assist in pre-production builds, validating engineering solutions and resolving any issues.
Test: Develop and oversee Design Verification test plans, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
Generate comprehensive engineering sign-off documentation in line with programme stages.
Educational Background: BEng in Automotive, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
Industry Experience: Strong background in automotive systems and/or electrical engineering.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects and programmes, including budget oversight.
Stakeholder Management: Testing Expertise: Skilled in managing test campaigns and identifying suitable test facilities.
Hybrid Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid role based out of Gaydon, with a preference for candidates within commutable distance.
