Igloo have got an exciting new opportunity with one of our customers who are based in Hinckley. Our customer is a large automotive company who deal with the logistics and distribution of automotive parts and products all over the UK and Europe.
During this role you will be required to work out of their customers premises in Hinckley.
The Role:
1. Working Closely with the client onsite to organise outbound vehicles to international and UK destinations
2. Handling paperwork to drivers, customer and scanning to international depots
3. Check customs paperwork matches the load
4. Creating transport reports
5. Creating and managing KPI’s
6. Updating daily reports
What kind of person we are looking for?:
7. Knowledge of the transport and logistics background
8. Customer service experience
9. Confident using a computer
10. Confident dealing with customers faces to face
11. Willing to learn new skills
