I am working on behalf of an established domiciliary company, who are looking for a Registered Care Manager for their office in Belvedere. They have a brilliant vision and a fantastic support network within the business.
The Company:
1. Deliver bespoke homecare in the area

3. Established in Domiciliary Care
4. Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly

The role:
6. To lead and manage within company policies and procedures
7. To take responsibility for the day to day running of the company which delivers approx. 700 hours of care per week
8. To work closely with the Directors to grow the business
9. To ensure the business is fully compliant with CQC and maintains high level of quality
10. To build effective professional relationships and to promote the agency at external events
11. To manage, recruit and support staff ensuring they have training necessary for their role
Required competencies:
12. Experience within a care setting at management level – Domiciliary Care preferably
13. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
14. People management skills
15. Track record of assisting with business growth
