Maths ECT - The Role
As a Maths ECT, youll bring your subject expertise and enthusiasm to the classroom, teaching KS3 and KS4 students in a school that values academic excellence and student engagement. You will:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that build confidence and problem-solving skills
* Work closely with an experienced Maths TA to support learning across all abilities
* Receive dedicated mentorship and CPD to develop your teaching practice
* Play an active role in the Maths Departments success, collaborating with experienced colleagues
