Working pattern
Below is the working pattern for this vacancy.
To comply with health and safety legislation, colleagues in this role must be 18 years or older.
* Week 1: Monday 12:30-18:15, Wednesday 12:30-18:15, Thursday 16:15-22:00, Saturday 05:00-10:45
* Week 2: Monday 12:30-18:15, Tuesday 16:15-22:00, Thursday 16:15-22:00, Friday 10:30-16:15
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience by putting customers first, building product knowledge, and providing excellent service.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean, tidy, and stocked
* Monitor and achieve sales targets and promotions
* Engage proactively with customers to understand and meet their needs
* Develop product knowledge to recommend and sell products
