You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The primary goal is to provide excellent customer service to customers and overseas partners. This will include training to process the import jobs from booking to delivery, including costing and invoicing and completing all HMRC Customs Clearance requirements for our clients.
Working closely with the Commercial Team on development of all Ocean freight services, your responsibilities will include:
* Loading all jobs onto the system by creating files
* Tracking containers
* Contacting clients by phone and email
* Maintaining effective communication and relationships with our overseas partners
* Answering calls
* General administration duties
* Working closely with your colleagues to ensure the highest possible operational performance and customer service

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9-5.30pm office based
