This is a long-term opportunity for up to 2 years, ideal for someone with a strong background in managing new build housing developments. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain high standards and timely progress. Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards and site regulations. Managing schedules, resources, and site documentation effectively. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality project. Resolving on-site issues quickly and efficiently to minimize delays. Requirements: Extensive experience working on new build residential sites Strong understanding of new build processes, schedules, and industry standards. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and workforces on large-scale housing developments. Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
